Every meeting happens only once.

There is a saying from the Japanese tea ceremony: ichi-go ichi-e. The same evening, the same light and the same table never come again, so each one is treated as if it were the first and the last.

Our bar has a cocktail named after it. İchigo İchie: strawberry, hibiscus and lime.

Renkli Şef

Kaş met sushi through a takeaway order. When Renkli Şef settled here in 2018, the orders were made in a home kitchen; no one had brought sushi to the area before.

Started in food and drink in 2001 as a manager, graduated from the MSA culinary school in 2009 and worked in many Istanbul kitchens.

Koi opened in 2022 on the two-storey terrace of Hotel Hideaway. The signature cocktails on the menu are the chef’s recipes as well.
