Watch the sunset from your table.

Our terrace looks out over the sea and the islands. We don’t take reservations, so for a window table arrive half an hour before this time.

That hour has its own cocktail, too: Sunset. Spiced rum, grapefruit and lemon.

Restaurant Guru Best Sushi 2025

The chef who brought sushi to Kaş.

Renkli Şef settled in Kaş in 2018 and was the first to serve sushi in the area, as takeaway from a home kitchen, after the MSA culinary school (2009) and many Istanbul kitchens.

Koi opened on Hotel Hideaway’s terrace in 2022. Both the counter and the bar work from the chef’s recipes.
